thanks for reading and your comments. of all the senses, the sense of smell holds a special fascination with me because of its link to emotion, memory and mood. i love the fact that smell is governed by association – part of what this piece speaks of. here’s an interesting fact about the sense of smell – smell loss (anosmia) affects our ability to either form or cultivate close personal relationships. yep.
